Human Resource Executive

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah

Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 9-6pm

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-savvy HR Executive to join our team! If you enjoy being the go-to person, juggling different HR hats, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—this might just be your next role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monthly Payroll & Commission
• Hiring to Offboarding
• Job Postings, Screening, Interviewing
• Work Passes and Compliance
• Policies & Progress
• Grant Applications
• People Point of Contact
• HRMS data maintenance
• Ordering of stationery, pantry items, uniforms etc
• Participate in Company events or hiring drives (e.g. ad-hoc volunteer work)
• and any other HR-related matters

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally at least 2+ years in a full-spectrum HR role.
• Solid knowledge and experience of employment laws and MOM practices.
• Great people skills and clear communication—whether it’s email, face-to-face.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure.
• Independent and dependable—we trust you to get things done.
• Not a job-hopper—we want someone ready to grow with us.
• Someone that meshes well with our team.
