Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3200 + VB
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm); Entitled for WFH after probation
- Location: Geylang Bahru
Job Scope:
1. SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Run digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social media advertisements (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), to generate inquiries and conversions
- Execute marketing plans within budget
2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Implement SEO strategies and review website performance using Google Analytics and tracking parameters
- Ensure updates and relevancy for the website, applying SEO best practices
- Encourage traffic to company’s website through organic search efforts
- Write sufficient articles a month to build up topical authority
- Obtain backlinks to increase current Domain Rating (DR)
3. Social Media Management
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, and publishing
- Monitor and regulate postings on brand social media accounts
- Manage social media content across various brands, including corporate accounts.
- Respond to social media comments in a timely manner
- Activities to increase followers and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
4. Content Creation
- Create and manage marketing materials, including visuals, copy, and videos through design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator)
- Design and post content for official social media channels
- Develop relevant and respectful content for digital platforms
5. Website Management
- Maintain website relevance (i.e. domain host) with up-to-date content, SEO enhancements, and integrated messaging
- Encourage traffic to company’s website through digital marketing efforts
- Managing merchant pages on company websites
6. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing strategies to enhance market position
- Execute marketing initiatives within the approved budget, ensuring results and cost-efficiency
- Creating and updating marketing collaterals
7. General & Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Entry level with internship experience or 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with hands-on SEM/SEO experience
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and content design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator)
- Ability to work sensitively and professionally given the nature of the industry
- Team player who is creative, organized, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines
