Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other arrangements
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, records, and documents
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communication materials
  • Assist in basic HR and finance functions (e.g., onboarding, invoice tracking)
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general logistics
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Perform any other ad-hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant Degree equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Detail-oriented, organised, excellent time-management and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
