Full Time/Part Time Retail Assistants

We are looking for Retail Sales Assistants for various locations. If you are keen and have an interest in TCM health and wellness, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in-stores.
• Encourage customer to try new products and take up membership.

• Work together with the team to achieve outlet sales targets.
• Recommend suitable products according to customer’s needs.
• Handle customers’ feedback or complaints with care.
• Maintain store clealiness and replenishment of products on display.
• Ensure outlet has adequate stock level and raise order to restock.
• Handle POS system and cashiering activities.
  

Requirements

• Primary/Secondary School/"N" Level in any field
• Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in retail, No experience welcome to apply.
• Passion for the retail industry and a good team player.

• Candidates with experience in the TCM health and wellness industry may be considered for senior roles.
