Administrative Executive
St George's Church

Saint George’s Church is a vibrant Anglican community in Singapore.
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to serve as Administrative Executive . This role supports the daily operations of the church and assists both pastoral and ministry teams. The ideal candidate is service-minded and aligned with our mission and values.
Primary Function
- Develop and execute communication plans that align with the church's mission and goals.
- Manage and create content for the church's website, social media channels, newsletters, and others - communication platforms and collaborate with ministry leaders to promote events, programs, and initiatives.
- Prepare material for Church Worship Services
- Manages Calendar of Events, Registrations and Room Bookings
- Update and maintain Membership database
- Performs general church administrative duties
Qualifications and Requirements
1) Diploma holder or equivalent
2) At least 3 years working experience in administration and support. Relevant work experience is an asset.
3) Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and adaptable to learn other computer applications
4) Ability to multi-task, take initiative and willingness to learn
5) Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, responsible, discreet and professional
7) Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
8) Able to work on weekends when rostered
