Project Manager - Information Technology

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :
Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, balancing innovation and risk management.

Technical Proficiency :
Oversee complex integrations, including hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
Collaborate with technical teams on emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, blockchain, and advanced analytics.

Stakeholder Management :
Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable plans.
Manage cross-functional and global teams to achieve project success.

Quality Assurance :
Implement cutting-edge DevOps practices to streamline deployment and reduce errors.
Monitor and enhance security protocols in compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and other relevant standards.

Risk & Budget Management :
Develop detailed risk mitigation strategies for high-impact IT projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 10+ years in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

Technical Expertise :

Proficient in modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with advanced tech stacks, such as Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

PMP (Project Management Professional)

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure certification
