Functional Business Analyst

Job Description:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems.
• Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
• You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Expertise in Stakeholder Management is required, along with proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Facilitation, and Business Process Management (BPM), all at an advanced level.
• Develop innovative strategies to improve stakeholder management Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather insights Create comprehensive business process documentation.

Requirements:

• Banking domain exp added advantage
• Experience across a spectrum of AML / KYC areas, including namescreening, Source of Wealth, transaction monitoring, Client onboarding / Client Lifecyle Management (CLM) journey but evolve around risk aspects etc.
