We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources Department. This role will play a key part in supporting HR administrative functions, managing rotational receptionist duties, and will have a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition—including coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes for various business units.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Director and have a dotted line reporting to the Senior Manager, offering visibility and collaboration across senior leadership.


Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Time: 9 AM - 6.30 PM


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for evergreen and corporate positions to meet ongoing manpower needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to selection and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data management in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain proper recruitment documentation.
  • Support pre-employment processes including reference checks, document collection, and background verifications.
  • Generate recruitment-related reports and maintain tracking systems for hiring status and performance metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth and effective recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct onboarding workshops for new hires across all employment types—full-time, part-time, and interns.
  • Create and maintain accurate HRIS profiles for new employees, ensuring prompt and complete data entry.
  • Coordinate training logistics, contract issuance, and shift scheduling for part-timers and interns.
  • Respond to HR-related enquiries through the Freshdesk ticketing platform, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Oversee HRIS data and records management for part-time and intern employees.
  • Perform rotational reception duties, including attending to walk-in visitors, phone enquiries, and managing incoming deliveries and mail.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support across functions as assigned, contributing to team efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
  • Highly meticulous, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn with an open and adaptable mindset
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
