Position Title : HR Executive

Working Location : Macpherson

Working Hour: Monday – Friday : 8.30am – 5.30pm


1. Payroll Management

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees and ensure accuracy in scheduling, overtime and deductions
  • Handle monthly government related submissions relating to payroll which include CPF, tax clearance (IR21), annual salary reporting (IR8A)
  • Generate payslip for employees
  • Reconcile payroll report and address any discrepancies


2. Work Pass Management

  • Manage, apply, renew, cancel work pass application for WP / SP / EP / TEP / TWP/ EP
  • Liaise with employment agencies on the candidate application


3. Training

  • Coordinate with training vendors and staff on the training schedule and enrollment
  • Ensure all training records are well updated and maintained


4. Talent Acquisition

  • Assisting in the job positing to various job portal
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting and liaising with the candidate according to the Company’s requirements


5. Other Administration Functions

  • Maintain and regularly update employee records, personal file and HR database and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain and update the leave management system
  • Administer all Group insurance policies
  • Prepare employment contracts , confirmation letter, increment letter and promotion letter
  • Process various government related claims : insurance (WIC and Foreign Medical), NS make up claim, government paid leave (CCL, ML, PL), survey and grant required by the government
  • Perform regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices where necessary
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the supervisor


Job Requirement

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years HR related experience with exposure to payroll and work pass
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of Singapore labour laws, work pass regulations, and MOM requirements.
  • Able to multi-task and have good organization skills
  • Good communication to liaise with all level of staff. Ability to speak Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese business partners)
  • Have prior experience in F&B will be an added advantage
