Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of training activities including training materials (demo data, data science notebooks and videos), and the mediums for delivering the training
- Assist with the scoping, development and periodic revision of community resources, user manuals and other self-help resources
- Lead engagement and sensing with research users to understand their needs and issues & suggestions for additional features / improvements
- Create business requirements document to work with technical teams to drive feature requests to enhance the TRUST platform
- Work cross-functionally with different team members to perform user feedback review and provide report to support the solution development and upgrade
- Coordinating communication with internal stakeholders, review of documentation and processes.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biomedical informatics, Statistics, Computer science or related field. Fresh master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience with Python, R and shell scripting.
- Experience with handling big data and application of parallel computing
- Experience with biomedical, clinical and/or pharmaceutical data analysis will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and teamwork
- Resourceful, proactive, flexible and has an excellent working attitude
