As they continue to scale operations, the company is looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring efforts across the SEA region. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies and execution across multiple markets within Southeast Asia. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR counterparts to attract, assess, and hire top talent across technical, engineering, commercial, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across the SEA region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business needs and workforce planning.
- Build a strong employer brand in the region, leveraging digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Identify and implement best-in-class sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and niche roles.
- Drive recruitment analytics, reporting, and metrics to ensure hiring goals and SLAs are met.
- Manage recruitment agencies, platforms, and vendor relationships. Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional capacity.
- Prior experience recruiting for the oil & gas, energy, or heavy industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of talent markets and hiring practices across Southeast Asia.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across levels and geographies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
