CLEANING SERVICES MANAGER

Job Description

• Manage daily operations of job site including quality, safety , environment and health

• Comply and accomplish contract obligation at site without liquidation damages incurred. Assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites

• Hire and retain manpower needs

• Ensure accuracy of daily attendance reporting. Communicate assigned cleaning duties to the cleaning team

• Conduct regular check on the quality of work produced by cleaners to upkeep the cleaning standard

• Keeping / ordering stocks ensuring inventory at optimal level

• Any job duties assigned by management or any authorised personnel. Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery
