F&B Shift Supervisor (12 hours shift include weekends/PUB Holidays)

must be able to work 12 hours shift position including Weekends / PUB holidays based on shift assignment
should have good cashier experience with POS system(s).
prefer if have some IT background or can be fast learner about laptop reporting softwares & Microsoft suits.
be fast leaner of POS system how to use Different softwares , hardwares.
He/she will have to do comprehensive tasks as inventory supply controller and Safety personnel with all workers HSE monitoring, Pest control monitoring.
Operating & control POS system frontend software and teach to other Cashier(s)/part time cashiers.
Managing POS system software to monitor backend inventory stocks shortages
Need to order ingredient supplies in time from relevant suppliers before out of stock
Monitor & update both physical items and the software consuming ingredients flowrate daily
Need to liase with all Suppliers (only vegetarian related suppliers ) ( shop is Vegetarian Mini-restaurant )
Need to communicate with Pest-control vendors
Make sure all HSE pest control service records and equipment maintenance records are updated periodically.
Need to monitor & inform Senior Manager about conditions of all kitchen equipments, fridges, TV & touchscreen hardware/software
Able to communicate with Mandarin ( to deal with Chinese Vegetarian customers.)
Manage workers & keep all records of clock-in/out , medical leaves, other necessary things.
Report (front end & backend cashflow & inventory statistics ) to Singaporean Senior Manager/Director.
