Job Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Marketing Plans & Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, support marketing campaigns, contribute to content creation and ensuring brand consistency across various online and offline channels.
  • Online & offline Retail Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in-store, on website & platforms such as Shopee, TikTok shop etc. Monitor Social Media & E-commerce overall sales & campaign performance.
  • Strategic Digital Marketing: Develop and execute online strategies across email marketing, e-commerce and social media platforms. Ensure cohesive brand voice and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials.
  • Business Growth & Optimization : Drive expansion across online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify etc.) and offline opportunities (pop-ups etc). Optimize listings, improve conversions and manage external campaign participation.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth through collaborations, influencer campaigns, or new channel development.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics to optimize performance and ROI. Contribute to market research ultimately helping to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Liaison with External Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact with platform managers, agencies, couriers, and media partners to maximize campaign performance and benefits.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members, including the existing executive, to ensure growth, alignment, and skill development.

Job Requirements

  • High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace operations (Shopee, TikTok shop etc.) and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Crystals knowledge is not necessary but will be beneficial
  • Training will be provided for Crystals knowledge
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays
  • Full time position with 5.5 work days per week
