Job description: Manager – Revenues

• Revenue forecasting at Business unit/ Service level/Sales head/Region-wise

• Working closing with CEO on Revenue plan/forecasting/tracking against plan including liaising with all Sales leads across geographies

• Reviewing Ownership of customer contracts, highlighting exceptions, proposing price revisions/ bill rate increases

• Owning up Customer margin by Salesperson/ region. Proactively updating CEO/ finance about any changes in margin profile/ advising CEO/ Sales to focus on high margin clients.

• Pricing support, ownership of margin templates

• To work with CEO in leading Revenue Strategy meetings including formulating and disseminating strategies

• To assist in revenue goals for the company, impact and influence stakeholders to drive revenue strategies

• To act as a bridge among Sales, CEO and finance teams

• Ownership of CRM in terms of data and extracting reports for analysis

• Revenue and margin reporting in coordination with Financial Planning & Analysis team

• Monitoring Sales team’s performance

• To monitor and coordinate bench

• To monitor sales leads and track to closure

Requirements

Skillsets :

• Regular MBA with top / mid-tier institutions with at least 8-10 years of work experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and a go-getter attitude

• Business focus and attention to details

• Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Power point and reporting tools

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Revenues management
