Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in food preparation (washing, chopping, marinating, plating, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare seasonal and promotional dishes according to recipes
- Ensure the use of stocks and ingredients follow FIFO (First In First Out) practice
- Assist other kitchen stations as needed to ensure smooth service delivery
- Learn and follow kitchen procedures and recipe standards
- Cleaning dishes and equipment
- Receive stock deliveries and ensure they are of correct quantity and quality
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Passion for food, cooking, and learning in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Able to work on weekend/public holiday
- Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
