About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, outgoing, and organized Vendor Management Executive to lead the procurement, management, and success of the vendors of our weekly marketplace, Resurrack. Resurrack is a vibrant, ever-evolving vintage marketplace that brings together thrift stores, collectors, lifestyle brands, and artists in a curated, experiential weekend market. Located in the heart of Bugis Street Art Lane, we’re more than just a market but a thriving community of creativity, culture, and collaboration. As the key liaison between Resurrack and our vendor community, you will ensure a diverse and high-quality lineup of brands while nurturing long-term partnerships that enhance the market experience for everyone involved.


Job Description

  • Source, outreach to, and onboard new vendors weekly.
  • Ensure each weekend has a strong and diverse vendor lineup.
  • Build and maintain positive vendor relationships through consistent support and communication.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to encourage repeat participation.
  • Oversee vendor payments and ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Drive booth sales and meet weekly vendor sign-up targets.
  • Refine outreach and retention strategies based on feedback and performance data.
  • Ideate and test creative strategies to boost booth signups and engagement.
  • Support the creation and presentation of new event concepts and partnerships.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential networks and communities for collaboration.
  • Improve vendor feedback channels to ensure continuous insights and improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in events, project coordination, customer service, or client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and sales or CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with experience building and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience in basic budgeting, cost tracking, or vendor payment processing is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
