CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

The Construction Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Estimate timeframes, resources, and budget.
• Supervise all construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate efforts of subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in construction site management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Demonstrate your ability to lead site teams effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders.
