Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure warehouse and receiving automation systems, including both hardware and software components.
  • Conduct functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system performance and integration.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, test protocols, and results.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current workflows and best practices.
  • Support internal and external audit preparation by ensuring system documentation and logs are complete and compliant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using mechanical, electronic, and software diagnostic skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and process improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity and basic electronic components.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with automation systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or industrial control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in documenting technical processes and creating SOPs.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments
  • Experience with audit preparation or compliance documentation is a plus.
