Oon & Bazul is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance and Admin Executive to support the Firm's day-to-day Finance and Human Resources operations.

- Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Support the file opening and closing process.
- Manage petty cash, expense claims and vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Provide administrative support for other finance-related tasks as required.
- Assist with end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Track and ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurances and subscriptions.
- Monitor and manage employee leave, statutory forms and send reminders.
- Support the monthly payroll process.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for HR and administrative records.
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration or HR Management.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Finance, HR or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with accounting systems or HRIS is an advantage.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
