Oon & Bazul is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance and Admin Executive to support the Firm's day-to-day Finance and Human Resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Support the file opening and closing process.
  • Manage petty cash, expense claims and vendor payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
  • Provide administrative support for other finance-related tasks as required.

Human Resources

  • Assist with end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Track and ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurances and subscriptions.
  • Monitor and manage employee leave, statutory forms and send reminders.
  • Support the monthly payroll process.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for HR and administrative records.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration or HR Management.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a Finance, HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with accounting systems or HRIS is an advantage.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
