1. Partnership Development & Account Management
- Expand and maintain partnerships with study abroad agencies, international schools, and language training institutions.
- Promote cross-border tuition payment products (e.g. tuition remittance, accommodation fees).
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with agency counselors to understand pain points in their service process, especially around payment operations.
3.Payment Process Integration & Solution Delivery
- Analyze student payment needs (e.g. account details, deadlines, currency) and develop suitable payment solutions.
- Lead API integration between agency systems and the company’s payment platform, enabling real-time status updates for counselors.
4. Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle payment-related issues such as refund rejections, FX volatility, or delays.
- Coordinate with operations teams to prevent disruptions to student applications.
5.Value-Added Services & Data Collaboration
- Offer real-time payment tracking to help both counselors and parents monitor transaction status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related qualification
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, account management from Education Industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
