Manager, Training and Internal Audit (F&B Industry)

Our client is a leading player in F&B Industry Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Talent Development & QA Manager to be part of their Talent Development Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Talent Development & QA Manager:

• Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Investigate service or quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Identify training needs and design programs to improve staff performance
• Develop training materials and deliver workshops, on-the-job coaching, and e-learning
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and feedback
• Manage training budgets and coordinate with vendors or external trainers
• Mentor a small team and promote a culture of continuous learning

Requirements:

• Degree in related field
• ACTA, ACLP or related trainer certifications
• Minimum 6 years of relevant expereince and industry exposure
