Billing Officer (5.25 days) Logistics MNC

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Billing Officer to join their Airfreight Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer invoices according to the tariff details in the Account Profile.
• Create and post invoices for clients.
• Produce monthly summary reports for clients.
• Handle interactions with internal and external customers regarding rate and charge disputes.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely receipt of jobs and prompt billing.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Provide guidance to Billing Assistants and junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with 1 - 2 years billing experience
