Set up and configure SAP BO/BI platform, including Central Management Console (CMC), Web Intelligence, and Universe Design Tool.

Optimize BO server performance, conduct patching, and manage user roles/permissions.
Document technical configurations and provide operational handover to support teams.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot reporting issues.
