About Us:
We are a fast-growing indoor farm specializing in high-quality edible flowers and specialty greens, supplying top-tier restaurants and hotels. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused and results oriented Account Manager to strengthen and grow our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will be responsible for increasing B2B sales revenue by developing and expanding both existing and new customers’ accounts:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by driving account performance and identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, with full ownership of client satisfaction and revenue performance
- Drive increased sales turnover through proactive relationship management, upselling and strategic account planning
- Develop and grow customer portfolio by identifying new opportunities through referrals, inbound interest and organic outreach
- Monitor sales pattern and customer needs to recommend product expansions, seasonal offerings and optimised ordering frequency
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery and exceptional product quality
- Maintain detailed records of account activities, opportunities and performance using CRM tools
- Represent the brand at client tastings, industry events or special activations to deepen relationships and identify new leads
- Regularly report on account metrics, growth targets and client feedback to inform sales strategy and forecasting
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, client services or sales-related role, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and manage account growth
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build rapport and credibility with range of stakeholders (Eg., chefs / purchasers / internal teams)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment with evolving priorities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and productivity tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and sales reports to inform decisions
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle (Mileage and approved business use will be reimbursed)
Working Hours:
- 5 days per week
- Monday – Friday, 9 – 6pm
