About the role
You are responsible for medical training supervision and curriculum development for Air Medical Operations Centre (AMOC) Medical Flights, ensuring operational readiness through effective training delivery and standards enforcement.
What you will be working on
- Supervise medical training execution
- Develop and review medical training curriculum
- Enforce medical standards
- Manage medical manpower callbacks
- Coordinate medical and ground logistics
- Implement digital innovations
- Support operational learning
Challenge(s)
- Managing high-tempo operations
- Coordinating active and NS personnel
- Maintaining training effectiveness
- Handling extended training phases
What we are looking for
- Education in Nursing, Paramedicine or relevant biomedical fields
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical or educator roles in medical service provision
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Good organisational and management skill
- Ability to maintain composure and clarity of thought
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
