GO is a creative-led events agency. We pitch bold ideas, win fast, and execute hard. We’re hiring a Senior Creative (Events) to lead concept development across our biggest projects. You’ll turn client briefs into bold, executable event ideas - fast, clear, and grounded in real-world logistics.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead creative direction for D&Ds, Family Days, Conferences, Team Building, and Activations
  • Develop sharp, exciting concepts that work within real budgets and timelines
  • Write themes, show flows, storylines, and activation ideas
  • Collaborate with sales and ops to shape winning proposals
  • Guide designers with clear visual direction
  • Present confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Align creative with technical, venue, and production requirements
  • Recommend vendors, suppliers, or tech partners to support your ideas

What You Must Have

  • 4–6 years in event creative roles with direct experience in D&Ds, internal events, activations, and team programs
  • Strong storytelling, scripting, and presentation skills
  • Clear understanding of show flow, AV, staging, and venue logistics
  • Working knowledge of Singapore’s vendor and production landscape
  • Able to lead a pitch, defend a concept, and adjust fast

AI Mindset Required

We work fast and use AI as a force multiplier. You should:

  • Be hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar
  • Use AI to improve speed, concept development, deck writing, visuals, or creative workflows
  • Be curious about emerging tools and how to integrate them into your process

Good to Have

  • Motion or 3D skills (or can direct them)
  • Has mentored junior creatives or led small teams
  • Confident presenting to all levels of client stakeholders

Also Responsible For

  • Driving GO’s internal brand expression across decks, website, and social content
  • Setting creative direction for internal campaigns, visual identity, and digital presence
  • Ensuring consistency in how GO shows up across platforms and proposals
