Poste

Key Objectives

  • To develop Louis Vuitton Women’s RTW & Shoes Business in South Asia Zone and maximize sales within sell-through parameters.
  • To define and coordinate (with the Inter-departmental Managers & Country Managers and Paris Merchandising Department) the strategies and objectives in terms of buying, collection launch, collection development, distribution strategy, prices, visual merchandising, training, and incentives.
  • To implement a coherent and efficient reporting strategy and follow-up of sales and sell through.

Missions

Commercial Follow Up

  • To support the stores to achieve the sales objectives and participate in buying trips to ensure the right selection of products for the stores.
  • Explore potential of Women’s RTW & Shoes in South Asia, to propose and drive business by actions plans.
  • Monitor stock level and collection performance, especially for new launches and proactively work with relevant departments and central to maximize launch impact and sell through.
  • Arrange of NP stock for new store opening / renovation / CRM events.
  • Propose and manage reliable and adequate Weekly/ Monthly Report, and relevant analysis to have insights to drive actions.

System

  • Familiar with the use of major sales data program: NEMO & Power BI - to perform analysis of data and to draw meaningful conclusions that can be translated into action plans to drive the business
  • Proficient with the Buying and Clustering Tool to ensure strategic decisions are made with regards to buy quantities and assortment

Supply Chain/ Logistics

  • Work very closely with Supply Chain & Logistics Department to ensure a relevant distribution.

PR/ CRM

  • Support relevant commercial information that enhances sales.
  • Coordinate and follow up on CRM events confirmed with countries.
  • Partner with digital counterparts to drive successful launches & sell through performance online.

Visual Merchandising

  • Work closely with VM team to enhance VM plan in line with launching plan and sales objectives /guidelines / store opening / CRM / Store image & desirability

Training

To prepare training tools and organize zone training based on needs and new product launches.


Profil

  • Prior work experience in RTW Merchandising environment and luxury retail
  • Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative
  • Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office application, particularly in Excel
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
  • Resilient with the ability in dealing with ambiguity and stress
