The Sales & Operations Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring smooth operational processes. This role requires a balance of sales strategy execution, client management, and operational coordination to support business efficiency and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote Quill and partner programs to education agents, tuition providers, schools, universities, and learners.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners and recruitment channels.
- Support the implementation of marketing and recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations and webinars for potential partners and students.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking leads using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Operations & Partner Support
- Coordinate onboarding and training of new partners and agents.
- Provide operational support to centers and students for admissions, registrations, and examination cycles.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and partner requirements.
- Liaise with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Assist in organizing events, roadshows, and info sessions.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and partner engagements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and operational updates.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial tracking where required.
