Job Summary:
The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage section, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining quality control, managing inventory, and assisting with training and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service.
- Lead and motivate the F&B team to achieve high performance and excellent customer service.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Monitor and control inventory, including stock ordering and waste management.
- Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service.
- Prepare daily reports, including sales, staff attendance, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support management in planning events, promotions, and special functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an F&B Assistant Manager / Manager or in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Relevant diploma or certification in hospitality is a plus.
