Job Title: Company Operations Manager

Location: penjuru - Industrial Area (not near MRT/bus stations), Singapore
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and multi-skilled Company Operations Manager to lead and actively participate in all aspects of our daily business operations. This is a physically and mentally demanding role requiring exceptional flexibility, long working hours, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in warehouse operations: inbound/outbound shipments, returns, stocktaking, and re-packaging.
- Coordinate logistics and daily dispatch with courier companies and clients.
- Lead and train warehouse staff and manage daily team operations.
- Handle procurement (local and overseas), supplier communication, and inventory replenishment.
- Maintain Excel-based inventory reports and manage internal business documents.
- Provide customer service support via email, WhatsApp, and WeChat, including after-hours.
- Participate in physical tasks such as container unloading, goods movement, and shelf arrangement.
- Oversee and contribute to warehouse relocation and setup processes.
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work 6 days per week , including Sundays and public holidays.
- Daily working hours typically exceed 10 hours. Shifts may begin as early as 6:30 AM or end as late as 11:30 PM , with split or overnight shifts possible.
- Worksite is located in an industrial area without nearby MRT or bus stops. Applicants must have their own transportation or be able to walk 15–20 minutes.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and Word .
- Able to communicate effectively via WhatsApp and WeChat.
- Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility, with proven attendance discipline.
- Physically able to lift and move 20kg+ packages , work standing for long hours, and work in non-air-conditioned environments.
- No accommodation, meal allowance, or transport reimbursement will be provided.
- Only candidates aged 35 and below will be considered due to the physical nature of the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or SME operations.
- Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems.
- Experience handling Chinese e-commerce clients is a plus.
Salary Range: SGD 3800 – 4500 (based on experience)
