Tender & Proposal Manager - Environmental MNC

Our client is a MNC, market leader in the Engineering System industry. They are looking for a Tender & Proposal Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of proposals, ensuring they meet client expectations and technical requirements for different projects.
• Organize and lead frequent meetings to update current status and progress to key teams and parties.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain strong relationships with key teams and parties.
• Offer expert technical guidance on system design and process improvements, adhering to industry regulations.
• Work with internal teams to gather technical data and address client clarifications.
• Review and validate cost estimates, ensuring profitability and accuracy.
• Drive improvements in proposal processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Guide and support the proposal team.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences, preferably in the Engineering System industry
