Job Description
- Drive go-to-market efforts for new product and service launches, including the planning and implementation of in-app marketing campaigns and co-branded promotions
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute key projects and special initiatives
- Provide marketing support and insights for ad-hoc initiatives requiring rapid execution and alignment with company objectives
- Project manage and coordinate with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Creative to ensure effective campaign delivery
- Lead the conceptualisation of marketing assets and manage the end-to-end deployment of campaign activities across channels
- Maintain and monitor marketing budgets in collaboration with the internal Finance team
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making
- Analyse campaign performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and recommend optimisation strategies
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay up to date with trends across e-commerce platforms and the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital banking
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital user engagement tactics
- Excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Analytical and structured thinker, with outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and campaign reporting
- Result oriented with bias for hands-on execution
