Manager (NS Data Management)*

About the role
You are responsible for Data Management and Data Analysis for the National Service (NS) domain.

What you will be working on

• Design and develop the NS Data Architecture and Data Store, ensuring data remains structured, scalable, and secure
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of frontend and backend data, alongside quantitative and qualitative feedback from various sources to drive continuous improvement in the NS domain
• Develop a Digital Competency Roadmap to enhance data literacy among NS administrators

Challenge(s)

• Extracting, processing, analysing and visualising data across different systems and networks owned by various entities

What we are looking for

• Education and experience in Data Science
• Good communication skills (speech and written)
• Ability to think clearly and critically
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office, Qlik Sense and Dynatrace
