Your Role
- Guide and lead analysis of data from social platforms, websites, market research, and internal business sources to uncover actionable consumer insights and behavior patterns
- Oversee and contribute to trend analysis and base-level data interpretation
- Drive the development of impactful, insight-driven reports and dashboards tailored to client needs
- Guide effective query building using Boolean logic to extract precise and relevant mentions
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of social listening and insights projects, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering skills development and operational excellence
- Managing key stakeholders, translating business needs into analytical approaches and ensuring clear communication of insights
- Lead proposals and capability-building efforts by crafting tailored analytical solutions for prospective clients
- Keep up with industry trends and innovations to enhance and evolve social listening offerings Ensure financial performance and efficiency across managed projects
- Educational background in Marketing Analytics / Statistics / Economics / Computer Science (Degree or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in social listening, digital intelligence, or consumer analytics, including end-to-end project delivery
- Prior experience using Social Listening tools (such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Digimind, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc) is highly preferred.
- Experience working with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google AdWord etc
- Strong data literacy and fluency in tools such as excel (advanced functions, pivoting, data shaping) and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear business recommendations
- Experience with project management
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in marketing, consumer insights or brand strategy contexts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Passion for consumer-centric industries
- Experience in the consumer products and retail industry will be an advantage.
