Coffee, Tea Master

Tea & Coffee Master primarily focuses on brewing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages, while also ensuring a positive customer experience. Their duties include preparing hot drinks, coffee and teas, and other hot beverages, operating coffee boiler, and maintaining a cleaniness and organized coffee and tea making utensils. They also handle customer orders, provide menu recommendations, and manage constant taste in the coffee and tea making .

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Beverage Preparation: Brewing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea drinks, including cold and hot drink based beverages and possibly blended drinks.
• Equipment Operation: Operating coffee boiler, blenders, and other related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Drink Stall Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked hot drinks counter, including hygiene of countertops, blending machines.
• Recording of transactions and knowledge of using POS systems.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Recording, Stocking Keeping and Monitoring drink stall inventory levels, restocking supplies, and informing management
• Health & Safety: Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards
