Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

• Serves as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
• Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
• Conducts necessary analyses to address client needs
• Communicates resolutions to clients
• Responsible in providing a professional & high quality inbound and outbound phone support on Bank’s products & services for prospective & existing Business Banking clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in call center/ customer service (inbound/ outbound calls)
