BIM M&E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of the BIM Team, consisting of Modellers.
• Manage the process of exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, vendor and other stakeholders
• Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during project design, construction, and handover.
• Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice,
• Prepare, execute, and maintain BIM strategies and plans.
• Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
