Risk Management, Credit Risk Collections Analyst - Maribank

Job Description:

• Design and drive implementation for Consumer and SME loan’s collection strategy, including segmentation & treatment (examples:- phone collection, site collection, legal procedure, outsourced management, etc).
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS (with the use of SQL) on collection productivity and performance
• Perform analysis on collection effectiveness.
• Conduct tests and learn programs to improve collection efficiency.
• Provide debt solutions by assisting customers with their debt obligation (e. g. offering restructure or settlement program).
• Ensure proper collection actions including initiate legal actions, liaise with internal legal counsel.
• Manage outsourced debt collection agencies and drive their performance.
• Monitor Service Levels and adherence to policies and standards at debt collection agencies.
• May work with business teams to develop system process improvements and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory
• Experience (including internship) in Finance/Banking industry
• Experience (including internship) in Collection MIS and reporting
• Familiar with legal proceedings and debt agencies management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
