INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Design & Optimization:
  Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure IT infrastructure systems to support organizational goals.
  Optimize the performance of networks, servers, and storage solutions.

• Advanced Troubleshooting:
  Analyze and resolve critical IT infrastructure issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring system availability.
  Lead root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement long-term solutions.

• Cloud Integration & Management:
  Deploy and manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  Migrate on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based platforms securely and efficiently.

• Cybersecurity Management:
  Develop and enforce advanced cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure the infrastructure complies with security standards like ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI-DSS.

• Automation & Scripting:
  Develop infrastructure automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash to enhance system deployment and maintenance efficiency.

• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:
  Design and implement comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  Ensure backup systems and recovery procedures are effective and periodically tested.

• Collaboration & Communication:
  Collaborate with software development, network operations, and business teams to align infrastructure solutions with organizational objectives.
  Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.

• Emerging Technology Exploration:
  Stay updated with emerging technologies such as container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), edge computing, and AI-driven infrastructure management.
  Recommend and implement innovative solutions to meet future IT demands.

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise:
  In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and storage systems.
  Proficiency in managing multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Security Acumen:
  Expertise in implementing Zero Trust architectures and advanced encryption methodologies.
  Familiarity with SIEM solutions and incident response frameworks.
• Programming & Automation:
  Strong experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and YAML.
  Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Project Management:
  Ability to manage large-scale IT infrastructure projects using Agile or ITIL methodologies.
• Analytical Skills:
  Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with tools like Wireshark, Splunk, or Nagios.
  Capacity to analyze system performance metrics and optimize resource utilization.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or CISSP are highly desirable.
