We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Hossey Events Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our events and enhance our online presence. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and attendance for our events.
Identify target audiences and create buyer personas to tailor marketing messages.

Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website landing pages.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring metrics. Develop social media campaigns that align with event promotions.


Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to communicate event details, updates, and promotions to our audience.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, optimizing for higher open and click-through rates.


SEO and Website Management: Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility. Ensure the website is regularly updated with event information and resources.


Paid Advertising: Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.


Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing dashboards.
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the events team to align marketing efforts with event logistics and goals.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers or agencies, to support marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the events industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
