Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of all dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief Cook or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Deep knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and sanitation standards
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
