As an Organisational Coach at OCTAVE Institute, reporting to the Head of Coaching Practice, you will play a key role in developing the OCTAVE coaching system and spearheading the future of coaching within the organisation and into the business and community space. You will design, develop and facilitate transformative programmes that champion OCTAVE’s position at the forefront of the Well-being era, and be a thought leader and catalyst for change in the organisation, facilitating workshops and high-value creating coaching engagements with senior leaders. Your approach will be deeply holistic and human-centered, focusing on fostering personal growth, team and organisational development, as well as cultural transformation through an integrated and impactful blend of coaching methodologies.

Core Responsibilities

  • AI Coaching Innovator: Research and explore AI coaching technologies and partnerships to stay ahead of emerging trends. Source and assess companies with AI coaching capabilities, coordinate product demos, and develop use cases for organisational application. Lead and support the implementation of AI coaching services within the organisation and assist the training of in-house AI models tailored to internal programmes which enables participants to experience integrated AI-enhanced coaching.
  • Programme Designer and Developer: Based on organisation needs and leadership requirements, conceptualise and design transformative coaching programmes that integrate coaching, learning and therapy in a customised and experiential learning approach for TPC staff. These key foundational programmes will extend into cutting-edge methodologies to foster sustainable development and leadership excellence. Design and facilitate key foundational engagement programs and customised team workshops for TPC staff and external clients, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of personal and organisational transformation.
  • Executive Coach and Facilitator: Lead experiential coaching-related workshops, which are a key part of the self-cultivation and cultural transformation journey for leaders, teams and organisations. Facilitate TPC-wide initiatives and programmes to foster alignment and collaboration across the organisation. Provide one-on-one, group and team coaching to senior leaders and business units, helping them unlock their potential and live out the best versions of themselves. Your coaching will go beyond performance, delving into deeper mindset shifts and holistic personal development.
  • Process Designer and Optimiser: As part of building the OCTAVE coaching system, develop and implement coaching frameworks and processes that are effective, adaptable and scalable, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality coaching services across the organization. Your work will enhance the integration of coaching into the organizational culture, embedding it as a core tool for transformation.
  • Programme Manager: Manage the end-to-end production of coaching-related programme and initiatives, from ideation to execution. This includes overseeing the content, delivery and refinement of Programme, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. Continuously refine and enhance Programme by collecting and analysing pre-post programme data to assess participant growth and effectiveness of programme activities, interventions, and learning.
  • Thought Leader and Communicator: Contribute to the growth of coaching as a discipline by engaging in ongoing research, keeping up to date with industry trends, and developing thought leadership and communication pieces that advance the practice of coaching in the corporate space.
