HR Director (Regional)

• Lead organizational development initiatives and drive talent strategy across operation in assigned region.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and determine appropriate salary ranges.
• Design and implement HR policies across global locations, covering compensation incentive plans and performance management systems.
• Oversee HR teams in the US, Canada, and Singapore, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, managing documentation processes, supporting employee relations, and guiding the annual performance review cycle.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of global salary surveys, stock option plans, and employee benefits to support competitive compensation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver ad hoc HR reports to senior management on workforce trends and key personnel metrics.

Requirements

• Min a degree in any discipline
• Min 10 years of relevant experience
• Good experience in regional management
