Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end business projects in the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Healthcare domains.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project execution and performance, resolving issues and managing risks proactively.
- Analyze and improve supply chain and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic business planning.
- Prepare documentation, dashboards, and reports to track progress and communicate project status.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in business project management with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and operational workflows.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders across functions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus.
