Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end business projects in the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Healthcare domains.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project execution and performance, resolving issues and managing risks proactively.
  • Analyze and improve supply chain and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic business planning.
  • Prepare documentation, dashboards, and reports to track progress and communicate project status.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in business project management with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes and operational workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders across functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus.
