Quantity Surveyor (Construction Industry / LTA Projects)

Our client is a leading integrated construction company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their BIM Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East and North area – easily accessible.

Duties of Quantity Surveyor:

• Support tender submissions by preparing cost estimates and quantity measurements.
• Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare pricing breakdowns.
• Interpret contract documents and compile accurate Bill of Quantities.
• Assist in contract administration including progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Prepare monthly project budgets and cost reviews.
• Assess and verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers; issue payment certifications accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and documentation protocols.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by project leads or management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant QS experience
• LTA project experience
