Contract type: Full time

To provide supervision services to ensure the Contractors complies with the contract requirements and/or authorities’ requirements;
To provide professional engineering services for reviews which shall include variation works;
To review all drawings and specifications, and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to authority and the Qualified Person (Design) [QP(D)] in a timely manner;
To provide all relevant endorsements required by authority, BCA, other statutory authorities and agencies;
To supervise all works or as directed by authority;
To provide personnel and ensure all site supervision services are carried out efficiently and professionally;
Any other professional engineering service and other services as set out in the scope of Services in this Tender and or as may be reasonably inferred; and
Monitor safety and health including taking photos of unsafe acts and conditions and bringing to the authority attention.
