Experience required

  • Product basics: IP or Network equipment experience and knowledge required.
  • Architecture (LLD and Network Diagram) experience is required
  • Troubleshooting skills and Be able to perform maintenance on fiber loss and Cat6 cables, and patching.
  • Familiar with Maintenance & Rectification services : Document control and processes, checking of configuration data, and backup data.
  • Good communication skills. End user / Customer facing skills are required And team player.
