Job Description


Business Analysis & Requirements Management:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and specifications that guide development and testing teams.


Process Mapping & Improvement

  • Document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes using industry-standard modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support automation and systemization efforts.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support and coordinate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business users and government clients.
  • Facilitate discussions to align expectations and priorities across departments.


Project Support

  • Assist product managers and product owners in maintaining scope, timelines, and documentation.
  • Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT readiness activities.


Documentation & Communication

  • Develop clear and structured business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and presentation materials.
  • Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product Managers, Business Architects, Solution Architects, and UX Designers to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with strategic objectives.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to government or large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Solid experience in documenting and modeling business processes and system requirements.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  • Familiarity with BPMN and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business architecture concepts (e.g., capability mapping) is an advantage.
