ASSISTANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager and supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the production lines.
• Plans and coordinates the work flow on the production lines to achieve production targets, according to agreed schedules and quality standards.
• Draws up duty roster for operations, allocating work, authorizing overtime and arranging replacements for absent.
• Emphasize team work and coordination work to have more efficient work flow.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
